Según lo indicó el secretario de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad, Geovanny Ducuara Londoño, los beneficiarios obtendrán descuentos de “más del 90% del valor del registro de la marca; viene siendo, más o menos, entre $900.000 y $950.000. El emprendedor sólo tendría que pagar entre $50.000 y $70.000”.
Este proceso, que se realiza en alianza con la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio – SIC, a través de Centro de Información Tecnológica y Apoyo a la Propiedad Industrial, consta de un acompañamiento técnico y capacitación sobre propiedad industrial, registro de marca y patentes.
Los emprendedores que finalicen este periodo podrán acceder al beneficio y registrar su marca legalmente, evitando así que otras organizaciones puedan utilizarla.
La Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad de Dosquebradas cuenta con una base de datos de 500 emprendedores caracterizados a través de la página web del Municipio, entre los cuales se seleccionarán los 20 emprendedores que se beneficiarán de este programa.
Por tal motivo, Ducuara Londoño invitó a los emprendedores y empresarios que no se encuentran en la base de datos a ingresar al portal web www.dosquebradas.gov.co, e ingresar sus datos en el botón “Registro Empresarial” para acceder a toda la información y oferta institucional de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad.
