A través de esta actividad se promueven acciones que garanticen los derechos en salud de los ciudadanos y, así mismo, conozcan sus deberes.
Con el fin de identificar las problemáticas en salud y desarrollar una ruta de trabajo que permita brindar un servicio de salud en términos de oportunidad y calidad, se cumplió la jornada de atención al usuario que realizó la Superintendencia de Salud con el apoyo de la Administración Municipal de Dosquebradas y las EPS radicadas en el municipio.

En esta oportunidad fueron atendidos cerca de 62 usuarios de las diferentes entidades prestadoras de salud, quienes fueron convocadas para gestionar y dar solución en tiempo real a las necesidades, solicitudes y los requerimientos de los asistentes.
“Desde la Administración ‘Empresa de Todos’ apoyamos esta importante jornada de atención a los usuarios de las EPS, en compañía de la Superintendencia de Salud para que les resuelvan y les den trámite a muchas de las solicitudes y quejas que recibimos diariamente en la Secretaría de Salud, sobre autorizaciones, procedimientos y medicamentos que no les entregan. Estuvimos en tiempo real, obviamente con el apoyo de la Supersalud, que es quien regula a las EPS, ayudando a esas personas que tienen los trámites sin resolver”, explicó la directora de Aseguramiento de la dependencia de Salud, Yulieth Cadavid Cardona.
Al respecto, un usuario de la Nueva EPS, José Antonio Aranzazu Martínez, expresó que este tipo de jornadas son muy importantes porque le ayudan a los usuarios a defender sus derechos y a exigir un servicio de salud digno y con calidad.
“Me sorprendió porque es primera vez que se hace este tipo de jornadas. Ojalá que no sea la última para que traten de agilizar un poco los servicios hacia el usuario, porque unos están muy demorados y otros demasiado regulares; le cambian a uno los médicos o le dicen que no hay y la Ley dice que a uno le corresponde exigir la atención médica que requiera, pero simplemente los cambian o dicen que no hay agenda”, manifestó el asistente a la jornada de atención a los usuarios.
Los motivos principales por los cuales los usuarios acudieron a la jornada de atención fueron la falta de oportunidad en citas con especialistas y entrega de medicamentos, al igual que traslados de usuarios de Coomeva y ubicación de IPS para atención en salud de Comfamiliar y Coosalud.
