Un portal web para las personas que se encontraban en situación de
calle, puso en marcha la Alcaldía de Pereira, con el objetivo de crear un espacio digital para visibilizar y documentar el
proceso que tienen los ciudadanos al interior de los albergues otorgados por el
Gobierno de la Ciudad para su alojamiento transitorio, dada la crisis de salud
pública por el COVID-19.
“Un trabajo conjunto entre la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social y la Secretaría de
Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC), dispondrá de un portal web para que todas las personas que están en los albergues puedan reencontrarse con
sus familias”, afirmó la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social, Daniela Gil López.
El portal web ya se encuentra funcionando en el siguiente enlace: http://www.pereira.gov.co/Ciudadanos/Paginas/Habitante-de-Calle.aspx, que se irá
actualizando con la información que surja desde los espacios provistos por el Gobierno de la Ciudad.
Así mismo, se pretende generar una red de apoyo, donde diferentes actores se involucren con esta población y ayuden a su bienestar; el proceso se está ejecutando en la actualidad y continuará cuando la crisis cese. Además, se intenta acercar a los habitantes en condición de calle a sus familiares y personas allegadas para que los pudieran identificar y humanizar su situación.
Es así como Pereira sigue liderando la atención social con el habitante de calle,
sumando el apoyo además de las secretarías y entes descentralizados que hacen
parte del Gobierno de la Ciudad, para una atención integral y diferencial.
Hasta el momento van más de 700 personas atendidas por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social y Político.
Por lo anterior, el Gobierno de la Ciudad a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo
Social y Político ha dispuesto varios escenarios para tal fin:
Estadio – sectores sur, norte y oriente: 395 personas entre habitantes de calle y
migrantes.
Coliseo de Ferias: 119 personas.
20 de Julio: 38 habitantes de calle, adultos mayores.
CEDE, barrio Ormaza: 49 personas, indígenas y migrantes.
Centro Vida Cerritos: 56 personas, consumidores.
Centros de Bienestar Adulto Mayor (CBA): 45 personas, habitante de calle.
Albergue para víctimas: 10 personas
La secretaria de Desarrollo Social y Político, Daniela Gil, afirma que “esto no termina
aquí, desde el área técnica de la Política Pública de Habitante de Calle, vamos a
continuar haciendo nuestro mayor esfuerzo para que más personas salgan de la calle y sus familias vuelvan a estar con ellos”.
