La administración de Dosquebradas lideró la entrega de siete motocicletas Yamaha XTZ 150; vehículos que fueron adquiridos a través de la modalidad de tienda virtual con una inversión superior a los $111 millones y que a partir de la fecha fortalecerán la operación de la Secretaría de Tránsito y Movilidad.
La importancia de esta adquisición que tiene por objetivo mejorar la capacidad de atención de la entidad en materia penal y protocolos de criminalidad señalados por la ley vigente.
“Necesitamos estas herramientas para poder llegar a tiempo, con los colapsos que tenemos hoy por hoy en los sitios críticos”, manifestó el mandatario.
Por su parte, Jhon Alberto Carmona, Comandante de Agentes de Tránsito de Dosquebradas, declaró que con esta inversión “estamos fortaleciendo un equipo para poder hacer una labor al 100%”.
Con las siete motos entrantes, el organismo de Tránsito cuenta con 36 unidades; 29 de ellas son motocicletas, de las cuales cuatro son de modelos 2013 y 2014, es decir, su vida útil ha decaído para la prestación del servicio.
