A escasos 15 minutos del centro de Dosquebradas y a media hora de Pereira, nace el proyecto turístico referente de la cultura del café
El sueño de una pareja emprendedora, de familia tradicional cafetera, empieza a verse cristalizado con la apertura de la tienda de cafés especiales, que ellos consideran la más hermosa de la región.
Dos cosechas, así bautizaron su proyecto Felipe García y su esposa Carolina Acevedo, contando con el apoyo de la Presidencia de la República, el programa Fondo Emprender del Sena y Fonade, para lo cual hicieron una inversión de 150 millones de pesos en la adecuación de una finca ubicada en un sector privilegiado del municipio de Dosquebradas, la vereda Santa Ana Alto, desde donde se puede apreciar el entorno urbanístico del municipio industrial y parte de la ciudad de Pereira.
Se trata de un proyecto turístico, en el cual los visitantes tendrán la oportunidad de conocer el proceso del grano desde la semilla hasta la taza, disfrutando al final de una bebida de las más altas calidades.
La tienda de cafés especiales Dos Cosechas, estará abierta al turismo desde el próximo 9 de marzo, esperando que se convierta en un referente del paisaje cultural cafetero, patrimonio de la humanidad, como lo contempla la Unesco.
